SKYShades Australia Pty Ltd (SSA) is a subsidiary of SKYShades Holdings Pty Ltd (SSH) which ultimately holds the applicable licenses with SKYShades LLC USA and Konarka Technologies Inc USA.
The directors and executive of SSA and SSH have many years of successful business experience and the majority of them have worked together in a number of undertakings during the past 30 years.
This provides a level of stability and maturity to the management process, which is vital in a rapidly expanding business.
It is the objective of SSH to list on a suitable Stock Exchange during 2009/10 and existing publically listed companies have either taken up or established options for shares in SSH.
